Horrible BuilderParents Purchased a Home - now mine since their deaths - and its as cheap as they come in quality.Never had inspections done of HVAC etc. Venting routed incorrectly and AC has taken repairs every year for last 6.Roof is sitting on Hip Jack supports that are compiled of salvage wood from slab forms and are approximately 5 pieces of wood nailed together to make the span. Its ridiculous that they have gotten away with these kind of construction practices. They are a danger to anyone who buys their product!!!!!
