Worst home inspection company ever! Definitely the Fastest and LEAST comprehensive inspection is what you will receive! If your realtor recommends them, I would question if they care at all about their client at all. And make sure they dont charge you for reports you dont need and didn't ask for. They slip in the wind mit for an extra $150 which you only need if your buying the house. They dont ask....They just charge you.
Hired Roger Robichaud (Suburban Home Inspection) to inspect a second floor condominium I was buying. We scheduled an appointment for the following week. He showed up on time and went right to work. He took pictures and showed me all the defects he found, mostly aging plumbing and substandard electrical. We discussed in detail how serious a problem each one was and how to get them repaired.
