We have been customers with them for about 25 years now and they are a great company. They are kind, helpful and very professional. We love their suggestion of an Amana for our air conditioning and now for our furnace. They are both working great and our new furnace is working so well we can turn it down quite low at night and sleep very comfortably . Thank you for your good service Suburban. My husband and I are grateful for all of your help through out the years.

After my ac stopped working during a week of 100 degree heat I apparently needed a new furnace blower. since the furnace was over 13 years old decided best to get a new furnace. I got 12 quotes. All the prices were pretty much the same. My cousin suggested I call Suburban for a quote since she really liked the job they did installing her furnace last year (when the gov was giving rebates) What really made Suburban stand out first of all was how accomodating and helpful their sales rep was.
