This company employs aggressive, hostile bigots who have no problem using slurs while in company uniforms. They also seem to think they’re entitled to trespass on private property if it makes their job easier. I have never met a less professional crew, or encountered a less professional company. 2 service techs were hired by my neighbor to service an AC unit on neighbor’s roof that is not connected to my roof; they are separated by visible, 24-30” tall parapets and are clearly individual (not a common roof).
