We left many messages and never got an answer! We left messages to have someone come to check on a job they did for us about 5 years ago, to check the warranty. Bad costumer service. We also gave the number to a friend and she never got a call back.
Curt at Suburban Custom Builders did an excellent job in overseeing the repairs to my home following severe weather damage. They arrived on the scene quickly to prevent additional damage and within days were making progress. Curt’s experience in dealing with insurance companies made sure my interests were represented and that the process went smoothly. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed and would recommend Curt to others without hesitation.
Got our roof approved by insurance and easy to work with. Tammy is very responsive and knowledgeable. All the subcontractors they used for our garage and window work were professional and courteous too
If we could give them more than 5 stars we would! We got quotes from five different companies. Suburban was very reasonable and handled absolutely everything. They worked with our insurance company to insure we received the maximum benefits owed to us. The finished product is amazing. Our house looks brand new. From the siding to the roof and everything else, we have zero complaints! Harmony was our main contact and she was always quick to respond and always helpful. I will always recommend this company!
