Suburban has been great to work with. They came to our house took some pictures talked to us for about 30 minutes just long enough to understand what we wanted. Suburban did an outstanding job of replacing the siding on the two sides of our house that were damaged by ***** JR found matching siding to what we had and the job was done quickly and well. Clean up after the job was great. In addition, ** is working with a relative and has gone way out his way to help. Service and professionalism makes Suburban superior.

We most recently had Suburban Construction install a new window for us. Suburban installed new siding and new windows for us years ago. Their workmanship is outstanding. We wouldn't call anyone else.

Had 2 outer doors & one garage fire door replaced. The doors were installed sooner than expected before winter. Excellent workmanship & customer service and now that winter is here, I have no more drafty doors!

It has been a long time and they still have not made it right with me on the shoddy job they did on my 2 storm doors. Been a long-time customer also and they blew that. The guy they would send to handle my complaint was rude like a was a pain. The doors are practically off the hinges. First thing they did was blame the tenants etc. and it was obvious that it was the shoddy install they did. He also came to my house to give estimates for windows, and he drops the f-bomb and insults my paintings on my wall.

We ordered two windows in September, 2020 . Still not installed. When we call they tell us they have the windows and we are on the installation list. We have used this company several times and been very happy. Something is going on. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m needing some windows and might have to look elsewhere. Help!

We had Suburban install an egress window in December 2020. The original start date was supposed to be in November, but the guy that was supposed to do it continued to push our job back. We had a hole dug in our landscaping on december 2, and window was not finished until december 21. The number of excuses the guys came up with to not just show up and finish the job were limitless...truck broke down, busy on other jobs, etc. When they finally did finish, the window well sits too low to open the actual window, making the whole... read more
