It has been a long time and they still have not made it right with me on the shoddy job they did on my 2 storm doors. Been a long-time customer also and they blew that. The guy they would send to handle my complaint was rude like a was a pain. The doors are practically off the hinges. First thing they did was blame the tenants etc. and it was obvious that it was the shoddy install they did. He also came to my house to give estimates for windows, and he drops the f-bomb and insults my paintings on my wall.

We ordered two windows in September, 2020 . Still not installed. When we call they tell us they have the windows and we are on the installation list. We have used this company several times and been very happy. Something is going on. I want to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m needing some windows and might have to look elsewhere. Help!

Based on this companies reputation I expected a level of professionalism that I did not receive. I was mislead with a time expectation that was given by the Vice President of the company. I later dealt with the general manager and she wasn’t any better. I was lied to just to earn my business when I was finally told they are 8-10 weeks out in scheduling yet I was told 2 weeks by the Vice President, to wait a whole month set a start date and the day of they send a contractor out who couldn’t even do the job because they did... read more

We had Suburban install windows and patio door 2 weeks ago. It was very chilly out, but we watched them work, without making us uncomfortable. They (3) men were very organized, polite ,a big plus, cleaned up after both days they were here. We would surely give them a 5 !! Very pleased --- and they even washed them before leaving!
