I travel to the city to see them for my jewelry needs. Top notch jewelers!!
Paid for my necklace to be fixed and I picked it up in the same condition as before. I asked for them to bend the letter back to a J because it got snagged on something and bent, they said would but it’d risk gems falling out, I was fine with that and i would just have them replaced. Tell me does this look like it was even touched let alone worked on? I don’t think so. This is before I dropped it off and after.
