Liked the State Fair at the fair grounds in Detroit, this is a lame place to have a fair. The fair it self was so expensive, I don't know how families can afford to take their families. The entertainment was non existent. And to get to the animals you had to go through a sea of vendors. Yuck, don't waste your money.

We had a great time with hundreds of other Senior citizens enjoying the Michigan State Fair.
Michigan State Fair was great.
Very unorganized and poor sound systems.
There are thieves all over in this place. Beware of the thieves who steals your phones in the grand hall. Do not leave your belongings on the table/chair and walk away even for few mins. The irony is, no accountability from the facility managers after you lost things in this place. It is very disappointing to be in a nice place like this but no security in place for our belongings and if you lose something it is your problem and not the facility issue. Pathetic but true.
