Everyone was super easy to work with and kept me in the loop the whole time. Really appreciate the great service and how smoothly everything went. Insurance repair for deep body scratches. Customer service was fantastic (Sue and others). Quality of work is some of the best I have seen. Awesome
Terrible management. Brang my Audi here because my insurance recommended them as a preferred body shop. Terrible mistake. I wish I would’ve went to an independent. They don’t answer the phone and have never returned a phone call. My car has been here for over 2 months with no updates unless I email and I’m reluctant to get an email back, and if I do it’s days after. Don continually lied about the progress on my car. What started out as a positively dreadful customer service experience with Suburban Collision in Farmington (now closed) ended up with a positive outcome, because of one individual. Aaron Morrison, the collision shop manager at Suburban Cadillac Collision in Plymouth inherited our vehicle when the Farmington facility was shuttered on very short notice.
