Ok so this 5star review is for Grace leading me in the right direction to Jay. AND THE BIGGEST THANKS TO JAY!! I went to this dealership for my truck that was having performance issues, and NOBODY let me know about getting loaner. After a WEEK of them having my truck trying to diagnose the problem, I was ready to rent a car so I had a vehicle for work… then Grace happened and guided me towards Jay who helped me get into a loaner. Decided to rip my whole car apart to fix a recall issue before confirming they even had the part. Simple fix ended up taking 4 hours causing me to miss things. No call or communication about the part issue until it was too late. Will not be going back.
