Dr. MacDonald is so wonderful with my dog!!! I feel so comfortable taking him to her! She loves him & spends a lot of time with him every time I take him. I never feel rushed. One time I took him just to get him weighed, & he had lost weight. She came out & gave me advice without an appointment or charging me. You can really tell that she & the entire staff really care about animals!
We've been taking our dogs to Suburban since we moved here in 2013, and I have never had anything but a positive experience here. Our pups are always so happy to see everyone here, and I feel comfortable boarding them here when we travel. The staff is friendly, helpful, responsive, and very patient, from the doctors to the receptionists to the techs. In fact, I'm writing this now because I just got off the phone with them feeling so thoroughly pleased with their level of service.
Dr. Sammy and the entire staff at Suburban Animal Hospital are amazing! Bender and I thank you for all your care and help!
I can't say enough good about SAH and 5 was the most stars allowed. Dr. McDonald Dr. Sammy Dr Coleman Ms. Hope and the entire staff are truly truly amazing people. I'll always have furry kids and I'll always go to SAH
I've taken my dogs here for the past 10 years after Dr.Coleman saved my dog's life when 2 other vets misdiagnosed her. I've been happy with all but one of the vets. The support staff ia absolutely amazing! The docs and staff are very competent and extremely compassionate and friendly. Love this place!!
The staff, from the young lady answered the phone, to Megan, the vet tech, and Dr. Sammy, were extremely kind and professional during my cat's farewell.
