Horrible customer service!!
They are unable to fix their vehicles and they do not stand behind them either. purchase elsewhere. Bought a new 2017 Alfa Romeo Guilia TI - First mistake, if when the 1 mechanic is available to work on it, the service manager will confirm it is fixed when it is not. After 6 attempts to fix the same issue, went throught their SteriCycle "BuyBack program" do not waste your time - they try to delay long enough for the Lemon law to run out, took it back two more times and I still have a car I cant trust on the michigan roads.
Took care of my needs, quick service and the car is amazing!
Every time I've brought my Fiat in for service has been awful. Smug non transparent service staff that inflates prices beyond what's reasonable. Won't be back.
40 years of driving and 40 new/newer cars; absolutely the most pleasant transaction, and FIAT.
