Subaru has treated me awesome since I bought my 2013 Impreza last June. I blew a rod in my motor and they replaced it under warranty which is outstanding. The best service I have ever had by a dealership in Washington.
Love and appreciate them. Always friendly, quick service, reasonable and knowledge . I recently had my alternator go out and they got me in the next day with no appointment. Also super accommodating with oil changes they have drop in hours from 7-9 so you can get it done and then go to work. I also had a few lights that needed to be replaced and they are able to do it in the walk in oil change time also.
We are new customers and loved the service. They were very knowledgeable and friendly.

The absolute best!!! Candy knows all things Subaru, I completely trust her and would never have any major service done anywhere else. I do go to the dealer for basic oil changes, but only because it is so close to my work. Suburb Service has always taken amazing care of my Subie's- they rock!!! 5 stars!!!
