My car got damaged when I brought it into the shop, and Candy (The lady that looks like a meth head) was extremely rude when I asked about it. I will never go here again.

I have had good experiences for the 5 plus years I have been a customer. They are quick. They have a generous loaner car system if repairs take more time. The front desk agents are knowledgeable and friendly. I will go back if I buy another Subaru in the future.
