Good range of products but disappointing customer service. Not even greeted with a smile and workers' faces seemed judgemental/nonchalant whilst I was browsing. Hopefully I just came in on an off day...
Weird experience in the Adelaide store the other day came with my partner and we were smiled at by staff, of which there were three just hanging out behind the counter and we were the only customers. We started looking shoes and I kept looking over to the one staff member who wasn’t even trying took busy, and he would just smile at me and nod and then would look away this happened several times.
