Hi everyone, I want to share a bad experience so others can be aware. Yesterday, our car had a battery issue and needed replacement, so we went to SUBTAMILAUTO. They installed a new battery, but shortly after, our car suddenly shut off in the middle of the road.We contacted an automobile service technician, and he found that the battery screw was loose and not fixed properly. I came in to change my brakes. I got my rear brakes replaced but then came another problem as I feel a vibration everytime i press the brakes. I came back to explain but they told me it was a steering rack and not the brakes even though I feel it in the rear brakes. They didnt inspect my car when i asked them to and only told me about the brakes and didn't warm me about the steering rack.
I was rear-ended by a transport truck and that company asked me to go here to get my car fixed. They did what I thought looked like a good job, but the paint is already peeling off of my bumper, and they only fixed the cosmetic damage on the outside of the car, all of the parts that were damaged inside were not replaced or fixed. SCAM!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. This place is a joke. I'm sure there isn't one licensed mechanic that works here. There are kids that look between 8-12 years old working on cars. Karan the owner doesn't have any common courtesy. I came here twice, both times it was a let down. First time for body work he tried to overcharge me $500 more than where I got my bodywork done.
