Made the huge mistake of trusting Steven as a first time home buyer. I was totally swindled and lied to and regret choosing to trust his guidance/persuasion. Do not work with this company, especially if you are a first time home buyer. they will do anything they can to sell a home and get commission at your expense.

If you are reading this then I just want you to know that your current realtor is likely very good, but Steven is better. Steven was the realtor I got from a recommendation but it turns out he was exactly the realtor I needed. Knowledgeable, quick to respond and willing to show houses during the holiday season are just the tip of iceberg when talking about the good qualities he has as a realtor. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase.

I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Substantia Realty. Steven was my realtor and made the entire process as smooth as possible. The quality of communication with them is top notch. He remained thoroughly involved in all steps of the process and was always there to answer any questions I had whenever they came up. As a first time homebuyer I don’t think my experience could have been any smoother and Substantia deserves all the credit for that.
