I'm so dissapointed in my recent experience going to this salon. I have been coming here for years, and just recently the girl that used to cut my hair left. The front concierge left as well, and now there are new staff members. For one, the main person that is and should be the first impression to the salon - the front concierge manager, Dawn - is completely imposing, rude and unprofessional.
