Facility in Chicago Ridge is a nightmare!!!! Parking is horrendous. Signage (or lack of0 for the Lab is nonexistence - a lot of wasted walking, time & energy, especially for a person who is handicapped /disabled. The waiting room is small & not conducive for the inevitable lung waiting times. The exam room was comfortable. My visit with Dr Suby Rao was very professional & he listened to my many concerns.
Everything in Dr Rao’s office runs like a fine Swiss watch. There is no waiting, he is friendly, informative and considerate. There are few doctors with his professionalism.
Dr Rao is very thorough and explains everything in detail.
Dr Rao takes time to answer questions and discuss what may happening in the future with your ailment

Dr. Rao helped me understand my situation and his treatment suggestions. I trust his judgement. He also treated my husband with compassion during his terminal illness several years ago. So, when I needed to see a hematologist I was happy to select Dr. Rao.
Dr Rao is the best doctor ever. I highly recommend him to everyone. I have never met a doctor with more knowledge, caring and he takes the time and patience to explain everything. I hope he will be my doctor always. He is one of a kind. I would do anything he says and he treats my daughter too. We both feel so fortunate to have him as our doctor.
