Went for the 1st time today. The front desk staff was less than welcoming. Very odd feeling, and the vibes were frigid. I was a Groupon customer coming in for Tattoo Removal; so I don’t know if they decided before I came in -that they were not gonna be nice to me. Maybe they hate Groupon. I don’t know, but I was also hunting for laser CO2 in the future …was excited get a feel for them and see if I wanted to do there ;or maybe get pricing . I wrote that on my intake. The office staff is welcoming and my appointments always run smoothly. Dr. Dawood is very knowledgeable and works efficiently. I always feel well cared for. I’ll certainly keep coming back.
