The actual location is on the second floor of building 255. Google maps might send you to the wrong parking lot so park on the side nearer the surgery center. Otherwise, you'll get lost walking around a massive hedge like Jack Nicholson in The Shining. My first laser appointment was excellent. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly even though I wasn't expecting the amount of pain involved and needed several breaks. Don't go here. They will force you to sign a form agreeing to arbitration in the event services are improperly rendered. They will tell you that it's a standard, legal document that keeps their insurance down. That is double speak for saying they are putting profits above their clients and they are fine with it if you wind up in poverty if they make a mistake that leaves you disfigured, in excruciating pain, and/or unable to work. I went in to the Redlands location yesterday to get lip filler and it was 10/10. Mine was done my PA Melissa and she did it EXACTLY how I wanted. She also made sure to walk me through the process, put a really good numbing cream first and got it all done so quick. I highly recommend!
