Unfortunately I have attempted to make this right with the owner of the salon, who was no help. I’m writing this review to hopefully help anyone else in my position to speak up in the future. I really wanted to love this salon. The stylist herself was very sweet and kind, and I appreciated her demeanor throughout the appointment. Walking into Sublime truly is a luxurious experience. The space is open and very inviting. I was given hot tea as I settled in and we discussed the plans for my hair. Stephanie is so kind & patient!!! Her master knowledge 1000% saved me from the damage I had done. Stephanie completely transformed my hair. I'm in total awe of her talent and skills.
