Sublime? Try subpar. When I made the appointment, receptionist was unsure if stylist does color. Did not call me back like she said to clarify if I was indeed getting color with my 4pm appointment. Arrived 10mins early, seated, then told it's a 45 minute wait because a prior client's hair didn't turn out like she wanted! Did I want to wait or run an errand? NO. I don't. Ridiculous!
