Subhi is amazing; seriously. I would not have bothered writing this review if he didn't actually rock, which he does. He is incredibly responsive, attentive, smart, patient, compassionate, an excellent negotiator, and so much more. He's got people skills up the wazoo. More importantly, he bases his numbers on research - which I originally thought everyone did (but apparently not) - our offer was based on detailed area comps in the last 3 years.
