One of the worst after sales (and in hindsight presales) experience. Considering we went for prestige vehicle experience (formerly, and now regretfully BMW) we thought the process would be great and rewarding. However, after purchasing the 2025 Q4 Sportsback EV, it was never mentioned this vehicle does not have APP connectivity. When attempting to connect at signing the sales agent said “it s a poor app” which did surprise me, though all we wanted was functionality to see the battery level when not in the vehicle. My experience at Sydney City Subaru was excellent. Tony and Gary were very easy to deal with and considerate. I would not hesitate to buy another car through this dealership.

Thomas Polkinghorne (calls himself Tom) is the worst service advisor that I have ever come across at BMW (Kings way). Unsure if it's due to incompetence or laziness. I had to call and yell multiple times to get him to do the job that he is paid to do. I have been going to BMW to service my mini cooper for the last 6 years and the reason I continued to go back for services is due to the exceptional customer service that I received over the years. I recently brought my Audi Q7 in for a scheduled service and had the pleasure of being looked after by Mark Sandilant.
