I visited the Subaru Superstore with my 13' Impreza after driving across country from Wisconsin with a sad battery. The friendly service department not only replaced it for me, but they kindly cleaned my filthy road warrior car :) Thanks guys!
Lost my faith in these guys. Brought my 2004 Outback in 5 times looking for a problem in the front end. Still have the same problem and every time I get my car back I end up with other problems. They just changed a front strut and didn't screw down the ABS speed sensor on the wheel. I also found some frayed wires in a place that is hard to get to. But not a place where they would be frayed from friction. Almost cost me $600 for the EGR valve they wanted to replace. Seems like $120/hour only gets you a guy that can read compu... read more
