Raised the price from 21 to 21750, and refused to budge on price. Told me 895 dealer fee, then 495 while i was there. Sales manager would not contact me or talk to me to apologize.

Seth, it looks like there is some confusion here, we've never had a dealer fee of $895. There is another dealer that has an $899 dealer fee, probably the one you are referring to with your emails with our salesperson. We price our used cars to the area market, they are continously being adjusted. We are using CarGurus as a reference to be at "Good Deal" or better. Great dealership! Straight forward, no nonsense, what you see is what you get. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. I would buy another car from them anytime.
Smaller, Family owned Dealership. They are very friendly, and their basic dealer fees are lower than most other dealers in the Tampa Bay area. They treat their customers very well, and they are fair in their pricing. I would highly recommend people take a look at Mastro for a used or new car.
