We made an appointment for me to do an extended test drive of 30 minutes...not once around the block. This test drive was like an "E" ticket ride at Disney. The person who contacted me was Candy she was very nice and I never felt pressured to buy the vehicle she made sure to answer all my questions. I did end up purchasing a used Civic they had on the lot and worked with Julio on the paperwork he took his time explaining all the documents to me and made sure I got out in a timely manner.
