I brought our Impreza in for spark plugs do to the fact that it had over 130,000 miles on it and we planned to keep is as our second car and trade our Honda Accord which had over 150,000 miles on it to buy a new Subaru Crosstrek Limited. After waiting a couple of days ( due to their new computer system over Booking) ( BS ) they told me it was almost done and they just needed to get it ( back together.) I reached out to Romeo Subaru for help when 3 Warning Lights lit up on my dash. And remained lit throughout the day. I was also intending to drive home that evening. Romeo Service Manager, Brian Martin advised me not to drive the car (150 mi home). Without complete examination, diagnosis and resolution of the warning indicators. - The repair center was very busy. Oil change and tire rotation was done efficiently. The wait wasn’s as long as I expected. The all around service was great.
