Tom Powell is very professional and polite. He bought my '24 Hyundai Tucson on behalf of Bud Clary Hyundai - Longview. I showed in the showroom without a prior appointment. Tom got right with me and made me feel comfortable. He was very up front and included me in his overall appraisal of my Tucson.
