Called every day with updates. Good repair work, amazing customer service.
Never go here! Dishonest! Caught them splashing oil on my shocks. Used Subaru parts when I request NAPPA then told me I would have to pay restocking fees if I wanted them to change them. No to Tims!
Impersonal service, messages/voice mails/e-mails/online questions left ALL ignored. Abandoned and forgotten when not at the dealership. Same while there, too. I bought a car, but have many REGRETS.
This dealership is not tuner friendly. After 20k miles on my WRX, they didn't honor the warranty for new parts that should be factory. The customer service is very poor. Stay away.
MDX recalls getting care of.
Bought a new car 2yrs ago, have had nothing but problems. Service can't figure it out, passed it to corporate. Corporate is no help. Got a great sales price, but the rest has been an ordeal.
