Don’t buy anything here, especially the sales/financial department promoted. Horrible experience, the finance promoted and bragged the protection plan and charged $498 for interior protection when I purchase the car. Later when I tried to claim the services which are under the protection plan, the customer services played me around to avoid providing the service, I was transferred everywhere for nobody picking up the call. My experience with Subaru Orange Coast was exceptional. They staff really comprehends the meaning of Teamwork. They all worked well together to make my purchase a satisfying one. Kent (salesperson) is a true professional. From the onset, he communicated efficiently and was eager to work with me. In the end, I purchased the vehicle I had my eye on. Literally 10/10 service from Manny. My WRX’s battery went bad and he was so thorough and extremely communicative. I didn’t even schedule an appointment and he was so gracious and helpful. Excellent service and my favorite. Definitely switching to this Subaru location with him moving forward :)
