Went in to look at a White Outback that had already sold. Luckily the dealership had just gotten in a beautiful green 2018 Subaru Outback. Husband initially went to the dealership not me. My communication was strictly via text and phone calls. Needless to say the outback had already been named before negotiations started. I recently went to trade my truck for a 2026 cross-trek. The entire staff was very friendly and didn’t push me like most dealerships try to do. Jake specifically helped me out. I got an APR rate of under 4%. So far, for my first Subaru, I’ve really enjoyed it.
Both service and sales are thoughtful, patient, helpful, kind, and customer focused. Extremely satisfied.
I have bought my 3rd Sabaru from Sabaru of Spartanburg and I love it. I would not buy anything else. And Santi was very helpful and very knowledgeable and friendly. He is the best. Eric was great too. They try to get you into the vehicle of your choice with the right price. So, when it is time for my 4th Sabaru, I will be back!
