Subaru Imports Spartanburg made it easy to buy a new car! Even though they’re in the middle of renovations, they were still very organized and customer oriented! Santiago was very accommodating and sold me on a Forester immediately stressing all the safety features and even letting me test drive it up a huge hill and back down! Never going with Subaru again. I have a modified 2024 overland Subaru Crosstrek wilderness (nothing on the engine or wiring harness has been modded except cold air intake and a pedal commander) but they refused to even look at it before the motor blows from an assembly line defect of extra silicon in oil pickup tube. Selling and going with Honda since Toyota even has ties to Subaru/Mazda. While the sales team is awsome, the rest is crap. Subaru of America was no help either. Save your money and your headache.... I recently had a complimentary oil change at the dealership, and the experience exceeded expectations. Since I couldn’t attend, a family member went on my behalf, but I received text updates at every step; when the car was taken back, during the service, and when it was done.
