Service hours are inconvenient, and inaccurate. The service center is open until 5 PM during the week, but when I came in at 4:15 for an oil change, they refused to do it because "the techs leave at 4:30." Every other walk-in service-type place I've been to will get you in as long as you show up before closing time, but not this one.
Very friendly. Although they were very busy, they took care of the cars pretty fast. Nice lounge area.
