I already did this. In general, I appreciate the service and usually have a great experience there. This time I didn't. For the first time, they (service - I was there for yearly inspection) left my car dirtier and wetter than ever before. I had just cleaned it from top to bottom - spotless! After my inspection, it was wet (not dried so now I had water spots everywhere and with the cold weather, I couldn't/didn't want to try to dry the whole car, including windows. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and like family. I need my car for work and they always hook me up with a loaner vehicle whenever I need to leave my car at the shop for the day. They send you estimates and details about what work needs done on your vehicle. I never have to worry about being swindled and that is a great relief on it's own. I love Subaru and the staff makes it a fun and enjoyable visit for me always. I've owned Subarus for years and they're stuck with me, haha.
On time, done right, and trustworthy. Love the people at Subaru of South Hills, they are like family and good friends.
