We dropped our car off at Subaru of Portland in July for a manufacturer defect. After that visit, we noticed problems with the vehicle that hadn’t existed before. We had to wait weeks for another appointment because they said we had to see the same technician, who barely had any availability, and during that time the issue just kept getting worse. Everything was listed as green on the multipoint inspection but when 2022 Outback was inspected a couple days later at Les Schwab, I was told the shocks or stunts were leaking and needed replacement. Les Schwab recommended I take it back to the dealership as it wasn’t something they could fix. Dealership told me their techs are “entry level technicians” and do not look at that closely at the car during an express oil change.
