We were shopping for a new hybrid Subaru Forester. When we entered we were greeted by Charles Chambers and our day just got better. Charles was genuine and honest in his approach and his demeanor. The buying process was smooth and painless. Representatives seemed honest and sincere. Ariana was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about all the features of the car and explained them very well. She was very responsive to pre-sale and post-sale questions (by text message) and accommodating of my busy schedule.
I've been to 3 different dealerships in my life thus far and id give them a 5 outa 5. The other 2 were like a 2 or 3 at most.
We had a great experience at Subaru of Portland. We were really happy with salesman, Papa Knight. He made us feel comfortable and made each step fun. He answered all our questions, and was really thorough with each step.
Very efficient work by salesperson. They even provided excellent insight/tips for a new EV driver which was not required but wonderfully appreciated. Responses are always quick and precise.
