I had a great experience buying a car here. After my previous car was stolen, I was shopping around different dealerships and this was by far the best one I went to (don't even get me started on Dick Hannah Hyundai on Burnside...) Our experience with Portland Subaru was awesome! Brian went above and beyond to find a car for me and Arianna finished up the paper work when we arrived. We live out of town and I can’t believe how easy they made this for us. I would definitely buy a car from them again in the future. I loved how happy, kind and helpful Arianna was.
Always had a great experience at this location until last weekend. I had an oil change I was scheduled for that would take an hour and a half per the service attendant. It ended up being a little over 2 hours AND I had to go up to ask where they were at with my car. Another guy was able to help me after standing there for a bit and said my car was ready. My first good time buying a car! Was in an accident and my car was considered a total loss so I had to move quick to find a new vehicle while mourning the loss of my old one. I did quite a bit of research and chose to go with certified pre-owned with this location. This is my first Subaru!
