On November 10, 2024, at the Subaru North Lauderdale dealership, I finally managed to return the new 2025 Subaru Forester and retrieve my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. The customer service at this dealership is terrible, disrespectful, and disconnected from the service they are supposed to provide. 1. They charged me for the miles driven with the 2025 Subaru Forester, a vehicle I went to buy, not rent. They charged me for 700 miles instead of the correct 400 miles. 2.
