Terrible experience with the service department. I've taken my vehicle in several times for serious mechanical problems, and all I've received is a lack of professionalism, zero follow-up, and constant evasions. They promise to call back and never do, they stop responding after a couple of attempts, and they don't offer any real solutions.Despite having a valid warranty, they repeatedly refused to provide a rental vehicle and also refused to take my SUV in for diagnostics, even though it had issues that made it unsafe to dri... read more
Never leave your car for servicing. You should wait while the service is performed. They take more than twice as long as promised and do not give you updates. No one is available when you call so you hold for 30 minutes to no avail. They do not respond to a call back request or text messages.
We had a busted tire during our vacation. We got attended to without an appointment. Luis from service department is excellent in trying to resolve our issue. Danelle from the front office brought a basket of assorted snacks for everyone who is waiting. She is so friendly and understanding. I have never been to a Subaru service centre that treat everyone so warm and with so much empathy. Thank you Danelle and Luis!
Been coming here for the past 2 years for all services for our Subaru. Hesitant on returning after my last visit. I took my car in for rear brake change. Dropped it off on a Saturday and got it back same day. 3 days later, multiple dashboard warning lights turned on. I figured it was something that occurred during the brake change, no big deal.
