I received a mail notifying me that Subaru is offering a warranty extension for the infotainment audio system in my vehicle. This reminded me of a disappointing experience I had at this location. I purchased a 2019 Subaru Outback from this dealership and returned here for every scheduled maintenance. The service was excellent—until one particular visit. The service was great. They attended me at my scheduled appointment and promptly sent me home. I was able to complete my tasks at home. Later, they called me to pick me up and drive me back to the dealership! This location gave me great service, it was a smooth process.
