If 0 stars was a option that’s what it would be. Absolutely horrible, avoid this dealership at all costs. I had to come back and fourth 3 times for a simple repair. The lack of oversight and management is an absolute disgrace. Don’t even try to call them to check on your vehicle or to even try to speak to a representative about purchasing a new car for that matter. They do not answer the phone at all. So bad. I had an appointment at 2. They didn’t take me in until 2:30. The price for labor we were quoted over the phone was $250. The guy at the counter said it would be between $750-$1000. Somethings not right about this place. The people who work there seem nice enough but the overall vibe is messy and unprofessional. I took the part I paid for and left. Will never be back.
Avoid like the plague! They pushed for a ton of overpriced services without looking at my car first to see what was actually needed. We opted for just the routine oil change and declined the extra services because we wanted to take my car somewhere else for 2nd opinion. They were obviously pissed that we wouldn't blindly spend nearly $1k extra, so they "accidentally" spilled oil all over the car. This is not the first time this has happened either... Complete disaster of a dealership on every level. Brought my 2021 Forester in for an oil change and they said there was a minor leak on the head gasket. We were not allowed to leave with the car as they stated it was a safety hazard...basically they never started the oil change and this was a BS excuse. Initially told the car would be back end of day maybe next day (Sunday) It is now Friday and still no car back.
