Eric is the new service manager & by far the best!!! Have owned the subaru outback since 2011 the dealership since owning has gone through quote a few service manager. eric us the first one who is completely on too of everything & hope he is around a long time!!!

Eric was the best service manager you have ever had there and i have been a subauru customer a long time, owned two before this one. My Forrester has not been getting good gas mileage since the day i bought it. Eric said it could be the air filter. I don't know what he had service check, but my gas mileage has improved so much. Thank you Eric.

Fast. Dealer was professional and thorough.
It was for oil change and tire rotation, all seemed good, would suggest that the actual service person should come out, introduce themselves, go over what was done and ask if there are any questions or cerncerns....some of the other dealers do it.....one then connects more.....it is also good for women clients I use you because you are close and where I bought the car, I have wanted a Subaru and the Car Guys on Sat.
