excellent service, friendly people, not pushy
The problems with my vehicle were looked after in an efficient and timely manner. But, the coffee machine in the service area wa out of order (LOL). Solved that by walking over to the neighboring service area. :-) I did appreciate the email reminder regarding my appointment, but don't really think 3 separate emails AND a phone message are required. Almost felt like "OK, how dumb do you think I am". One or perhaps 2 emails, OR one phone call are sufficient.
Dean was great. Straight-forward.
