Traveling from Florida the check engine light came on. Called the service department, they got me in right away. Had the car repaired, they gave me a loaner because it was not able to be fixed while we waited. The staff was awesome, friendly, kept me informed, made sure I understood everything. I’ve been taking my car here for regular oil changes, tire rotations, and their 65-point inspection since 2023. I bought my vehicle used from this dealership two years ago and have always trusted them—until now. At my most recent visit, I noticed the service was taking much longer than usual, and suddenly every customer seemed to have “issues” with their vehicle.
