I need to edit my review, on subaru of morgantown, to a one star... I visited the dealership on 2/14/25...Purchase my car on 3/6/25.. Almost every day before the purchase, I would get a text or an email from Keith..or Jake Smith, the manager.. Now that I bought a car, I get no response from either one of them.. I've been trying to get my $50 Visa card, for test driving, validated, to no success.. They won't return a phone call or a text.. I have contacted subaru corporate office.. Great place to buy a car. Jason The manager gave me a fair trade on my jeep. Jessica in sales went above and beyond. Putting things together with the car we picked, she's a rock star. Dorsey in finance finalize the deal. Keeping the price, I needed for my budget fantastic job from all of them. I give them a 5 star rating very happy with our purchase.
Buying a new vehicle at Subaru of Morgantown was a great experience. Salesman, Tyler, was so patient with me and my indecision. He also has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to the individual vehicles. He spent a lot of time helping me find what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. Very friendly, no pressure!! Dorsey spent a good bit of time going through the financing process, making sure we were comfortable with the payments and had what WE wanted/needed.
