I had a terrible experience with Tameron Subaru. I made an appointment to purchase a 2024 Crosstrek and was told the vehicle would be pulled up and ready for me when I arrived. I live an hour away, so I got somebody to drive me all the way there only to be told that they had loaned the car out to another customer. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Tameron Subaru! I leased a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness, and the process was smooth from start to finish. Jamarcus was my sales agent, and he was fantastic—very chill and laid-back while still being super knowledgeable about the model and Subaru as a brand. I enjoyed my car-buying experience at Tameron Subaru off I-65 in Mobile, AL. Mary was my salesperson, and she was very patient with me. She took me out for a test drive in a WRX and showed me some other models I was interested in. If you’re not sure which Subaru you are looking for, ask for Mary, and she will help you narrow it down. Friendly low pressure dealership, although my purchase was negotiated on line, we completed the paperwork and collected my new car in record time. Everything was a straight forward deal. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from Tameron Subaru. A big shout out to our great salesman, Chris and not forgetting the Sales Manager Dylan for his contribution. Go buy a Subaru... if you wreck, you'll be glad you did !
This review has nothing to do with this location, but I just got rid of my 2019 wrx I bought when it was koby subaru and I have to say that subaru was the biggest piece of crap car I've ever owned..the radio sh*t the bed had to pay a fortune to fix it..and subaru only does used refurbished junk. Then the clear coat on my blue car failed, followed soon after by the paint failure . Then, the AC compressor died.. and my fuel indicator messed up.. There were plenty more problems.
