I came in to grab some bumper parts I ordered, and although it was very busy, Michael made sure to take care of every person in order to ensure efficiency and remain cognizant of people's time. I got my parts and a sweet tee shirt! They had a pretty nice selection of hats, shirts, keychains and several other cool items. Thank you, Michael! I appreciate you and your ability to get things done.
Failed to order all parts and delayed my repairs by 4 days. Huge inconvenience with no way to expedite new parts. Just an “our bad.” Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Use Dellenbach in Fort Collins or Valley Subaru in Longmont. Much better service and reliability.
