Great staff and great service.
In April 2025, I had an issue with my car. Being in Medicine Hat on my way east, I had no option but to back track to Subaru Lethbridge. The service manager Jennifer said that they were fully booked and didn’t promise I would be seen right away. Maybe for hours. Upon arrival, I was -immediately- greeted and asked for my keys! Wow! Short - my front brakes had to be changed. What amazing service! Thank you Jennifer and Graham the mechanic! A very positive experience! And genuinely helpful lovely staff.
Brad White helped us purchase a pre-owned car. He was awesome! Fast communication, easy to talk to, and seemed to know the car really well. The dealership was easy to deal with, had everything lined up for us as we were coming from out of town, and the vehicle has worked great so far. I would easily purchase with them again.
A year later and my 2003 Subaru outback is still going strong. Everyone doubted how long this car would last but I’m happy to say she’s traveled all over North America and is serving me well!
The salesman Brad White is such an easy man to deal with. Our new Subaru should be here by the end of April.
