I had my audio unit replaced which was under warranty and my tires balance. I was pleased as to how well I was accommodated. Drew was polite and professional. He was patient in explaining and addressing my concerns. He assisted in making sure my phone was in sink with the new audio unit prior to leaving their facility. I also thought having Uber service was convenient. If the service of your vehicle were to be lengthy you are given a choice of using there Uber service free of charge. That was great !
Took our Outback in for service and was quite satisfied. Alex was our Service Representative. He listened carefully and made sure we were taken care of in a timely manner. At Findlay you receive a video from the mechanic that show specific parts they inspect and metrics to keep you in the know regarding current status and potential future service items so you can properly maintain your vehicle. As I was directed to Service manager Kino And explained what I needed for my service maintenance he assured me that I would be in good hands at Finley Subaru of Las Vegas. My service was fast and was sent a video on my Forrester inspection, pointing out all of the major components for a safe vehicle. It’s Customer Service people like Kino that makes me coming back to Finley Subaru, Las Vegas, enjoyable and confident.
