Absolutely outstanding service. Purchased my car 7 years ago, its an older model. Any time there has been an issue they were kind, considerate and reasonable. Penny, Kathy, Justin, Bonnie, George, Jody Goodnow (mechanic) and Anthony have all been super pleasant and professional. Each one deserves a raise... and 5 stars! Thanks ya'll <3
Subaru of Keene is in a league of their own as far as customer service. George & Adam are simply phenomenal! George is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Subaru maintenance and seems to know them inside & out. Adam and the rest of the team are always personable, welcoming, professional and compassionate. Gold Standard Customer Service from George who appears to know Subaru’s inside and out, as well as, the actual service team and the excellent repair work our Ascent received. The car drove perfectly, so smoothly, after we received it back!
