Jeff Bowman is an amazing Service Advisor that went above and beyond to help when another dealer's service department created an absolute debacle. Subaru of Gwinnett's facility, technicians, staff & advisors are superior to my local dealer and I drove 45 miles to Gwinnett to get a world's better service.

I'll start by saying I bought this Subaru from this dealership and bought the warranty from them. I called 2 weeks ahead of time to schedule an appointment for an oil change and for them to listen for two noises. They got me a loaner car for that appointment, and I assumed it would take maybe a day or two at the most. I let them know that I had a warranty, in case any of the noises led to something. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! My brother came back from duty in South Korea and needed a second vehicle for him and his wife since moving to Georgia. They sold my brother a car with a known but undisclosed issue. FIVE days after purchasing the vehicle, he had to have a $1600 repair. He called multiple times and people while leaving messages. Great friendly service. The service department is wonderful. The facility is clean and comfortable, offering coffee, soft drinks and snacks while you wait for your car. I love my Subaru.
