Do not order parts from here. This is the most disorganized parts department. They took weeks to fulfill the order. Didn't respond to emails or calls for days. Order somewhere else.
Subaru of Gwinnett Parts quoted $154 for a part that MSRP's for $54.93 and is advertised online between $38 to $54. Part# 83370AA001. Seems like the better option is to buy the parts online.
The entire auto parts department is useless. there was a problem ordering parts, then a problem paying, and now they're shipping parts incomplete. They don't know what you're paying for or what you've ordered. It's complete irresponsibility; everyone in that department is incompetent. Lisa was the only person tried to help.
Friendly and delivered my car
Just bought some parts here for my BRZ. Just some washers/gasket for transmission and diff. In store they wanted to charge me $56 to simply come in and buy 3 of these!! They told me to order online instead, which I did. They charge a $7.50 for "handling". Go shop at somewhere else instead to bypass this "handling" charge. Wish I checked other dealers before buying here
