Mitch was a polite sales man. He explained that sales rep's at Subaru of Gainesville were not commission based and took pride in their customer service. Price on car was firm, dealership fee firm, and they determined the trade in value of my Mazda 6 with 120k on the odometer was only worth $1.5k despite having brand new tires and being in nice drivable shape.
